Role Description
This role involves managing courier logistics and operational capacity for the Canadian market and international partners.
- Provide exceptional stakeholder experience for couriers, customers, and restaurants.
- Assist couriers in real-time via live chat, addressing active order issues and ensuring timely information.
- Use Skip's technology to optimize the stakeholder experience and streamline courier support.
- Resolve escalated courier inquiries and facilitate communication among couriers, customers, and restaurants.
- Meet and exceed personal performance KPIs, staying engaged and up-to-date with team communication.
Qualifications
- Great attitude and proven self-starter.
- Able to work through rejection.
- Thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Good communication, computer, and typing skills.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
