Role Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a seamless and supportive experience with their benefits and financial protection plans.

  • Assist Clients with Benefits – Help individuals understand their life and supplemental health coverage.
  • Respond to Inquiries – Communicate via phone, email, or virtual platforms to provide professional, timely assistance.
  • Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution – Offer solutions, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain Accurate Records – Keep detailed client interaction logs and ensure smooth communication.
  • Stay Informed – Keep up-to-date on company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate and efficient support.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills – Clear verbal and written abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset – Ability to assess client needs and offer effective solutions.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized – Ability to manage multiple client interactions remotely.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using virtual communication tools and basic computer systems.
  • Customer Service Experience (Preferred, Not Required) – We provide full training for the right candidate.
