US Service Animals - US Service Animals is an online service for people who are seeking mental/emotional health care via teletherapy. Our mission is to reduce people's dependency on medication through the use of support animals. We thoroughly screen all persons seeking this service prior to connecting them with a mental health professional; these independent consultations are synchronous and comply with all state standards of care, and the clients remain under the care of the mental health care professional. Purpose:
Do you enjoy building relationships with customers while helping them with their questions, inquiries and needs? Are you looking for a position that is fun and pays well? A position as a Customer Service Representative, here at US Service Animals, gives you the chance to communicate with customers and be the “voice” of our company while earning a highly competitive wage.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients by answering their questions & helping to provide them solutions to their problems. You would have the opportunity to be the face of our company and leave a positive lasting impression on some of the people who matter most to our organization, our clients.
A Customer Service Representative will need to handle many different tasks. Vital among these responsibilities is the ability to manage time well, be a team player, multitask by using multiple software programs', scripts/tools provided, and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Skills and Competencies:
- Customer service experience
- Experience in customer retention (Including downselling products)
- Friendly & Outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with computers and proficient typing skills
- Good time management and decision making skills
- Adaptability and self-accountability
