Role Description
This role involves providing customer support in Azerbaijani while working remotely from Bulgaria.
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Azerbaijani.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in a professional and efficient manner.
- Educate customers about our services, policies, and processes to enhance their experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to meet performance targets and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (spoken and written) is essential.
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team remotely.
- Must be based in Bulgaria (even though the position is remote).
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required; we provide full training!
