Role Description
Are you looking to join a growing team in the Customer Success - Renewals organization or to continue growing your career? Maybe you work in a SaaS business and have an interest in Renewals or helping customers succeed, but don’t want the risk of learning “on the job” and hitting a quota. Well... We’re looking for individuals to focus on growing our large base of existing customers through managing their account renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Renewals Manager in executing the renewals strategy and achieving departmental goals.
- Assist in managing the renewals pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and a smooth renewal process.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns.
- Participate in negotiations with clients to secure renewals and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Track and report on renewal metrics, providing insights to improve processes.
Qualifications
- A foundational understanding of renewals or customer success principles.
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Requirements
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of SaaS industry practices.
