Role Description
Hey there! Are you ready to put your customer engagement and negotiation skills to work in a fast-paced, global environment? Join Ruvixx, where we use cutting-edge software and data-driven insights to power compliance and anti-piracy campaigns worldwide!
This is a fully remote role, but because you'll engage with Israeli customers and stakeholders, time zone awareness is key! (Israel is 5 hours ahead of Argentina). Fluency in English is a must, and Hebrew is a big plus!
You'll collaborate on compliance and piracy investigations while gaining expertise in data analytics, process optimization, and strategic negotiation—all in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
- Engaging with customers and internal teams to guide compliance and anti-piracy cases from start to resolution.
- Analyzing investigation data, preparing reports, and organizing information in CRM tools.
- Managing & developing leads from various sources, optimizing engagement strategies for the Israeli market.
- Documenting processes effectively, contributing to team knowledge-sharing and workflow improvements.
- Providing ad hoc analysis to support evolving business needs and priorities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer engagement or sales (sales-driven background preferred; software compliance/piracy experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); Hebrew fluency is a strong advantage.
- Passion for learning and growing professionally in a global environment.
- Familiarity with data tools, CRM systems, and KPI-driven work environments.
- Experience with multi-channel engagement (inbound/outbound calls, email, video conferences).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Strong research and lead generation skills, with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Time zone awareness is key! (Israel is 5 hours ahead of Argentina).
