Role Description

This role involves processing new business application transactions according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate effectively with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments to resolve pending cases in a timely manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
Continuously evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Accurately process transactions in administrative systems in compliance with SEC, DXC, and Brighthouse guidelines and timeframes.
Identify and report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests for further review.
Support the business process services team in delivering efficient and effective outsourced processes and services within the annuity and life insurance industry.
Ensure services meet client objectives and quality standards.
Demonstrate business knowledge and skills developed through formal training and work experience, contributing to the team’s success in achieving operational goals.
Work within established procedures with moderate supervision, identifying issues and all contributing factors in straightforward situations, and making sound decisions based on standard procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required to support the team and business objectives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
Proven experience working with insurance products, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Previous experience in the Life Insurance and Annuity industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in following both oral and written directions to ensure successful task completion.

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $31,800 - $52,000.
