Role Description
As an All-Inclusive Travel Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of providing exceptional travel experiences to clients seeking the perfect all-inclusive vacations. You will have the opportunity to plan and curate dream getaways that combine top-tier accommodations, gourmet dining, thrilling activities, and unforgettable experiences.
- Plan and book all-inclusive vacation packages, including accommodations, meals, activities, transportation, and excursions.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on the best all-inclusive resorts, destinations, and experiences that match their preferences and budget.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on clients' needs, such as family-friendly resorts, romantic getaways, or adventure-filled escapes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest all-inclusive deals, promotions, and industry trends to provide the best options for clients.
- Handle bookings from start to finish, ensuring every detail is taken care of for a smooth and stress-free experience.
- Assist clients with any changes or issues that may arise before, during, or after their trip.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in travel planning or a similar role, with a focus on all-inclusive vacations.
- Strong knowledge of popular all-inclusive resorts and destinations, both domestic and international.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and platforms.
