YDay - 3AM IT Services is hiring a remote User Support Technician – Level 1. 💸 Salary: $2299-2300 per month 📍Location: Brazil
Role Description
- Realizar atendimento e suporte técnico remoto aos usuários da ANCINE;
- Registrar, classificar, acompanhar e tratar chamados de incidentes e requisições;
- Realizar diagnóstico e suporte em Windows, Microsoft 365, sistemas e aplicações;
- Orientar usuários e prestar apoio técnico de primeiro nível;
- Escalonar chamados para níveis superiores quando necessário;
- Acompanhar SLAs e manter os registros dos atendimentos atualizados.
Qualifications
- Ensino Médio completo com curso técnico em Informática ou graduação em andamento na área de TI;
- Experiência em suporte técnico;
- Conhecimentos em Windows, Microsoft 365, suporte remoto e atendimento ao usuário;
- Possuir certificação MS-102 OU HDI-SCA;
- Necessário possuir documentação comprobatória da formação, experiência e certificação;
- Boa comunicação, organização e foco no cumprimento de SLA.
