[Hiring] TurboTax Support Agent @AgentsOnly

Role Description

We’re looking for seasonal customer support agents to join the TurboTax Support Project this upcoming tax season. This is a short-term remote opportunity until April 15, perfect for individuals with strong communication skills who want flexible, work-from-home income while supporting customers during tax season.

As a TurboTax Support Agent, you will assist customers who need help with their tax filing process. You will:

• Answer common questions
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps
• Provide helpful resources
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service

No prior tax experience is required — we provide the training.

• Strong communicators
• Reliable and professional
• Comfortable helping customers solve problems
• Able to follow processes and learn quickly

Requirements

• Availability to support customers during the peak tax season days:
• April 12
• April 13
• April 14
• April 15 (Tax Day)
• Seasonal full-time availability during these critical dates

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $15 – $19 per hour
