Role Description

This role involves providing technical support to customers in a remote setting.

• Responding promptly to customer queries via email and/or live chat.
• Handling both technical and non-technical queries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Explaining and guiding customers through product features and functionalities.
• Staying up to date with product knowledge to answer customer questions quickly.
• Communicating, coordinating, and collaborating with team members to provide the best possible solutions to customer problems.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience in customer support.
• 1 year of international voice experience is mandatory.
• Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Must have their own computer with Windows 8.1 or above.
• Mandatory hi-speed broadband connection.
• UPS/power backup solution if possible.
• Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad/Bangalore when work from office resumes for outstation candidates.
• Flexibility and availability for rotational shifts and week offs to cover hours of operations.
• Possess logical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
