[Hiring] Telephone Interviewer @Velocitii

Role Description

Velocitii is hiring Remote Telephone Interviewers for a contract assignment running from 10/5/2026-1/31/2027. In this role, you'll conduct telephone interviews with insurance applicants, gather detailed information, and play an important part in the underwriting process.

This is a temporary contract position, with the potential to be considered for a regular full-time position at the completion of the contract based on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a call-center experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment
• Distraction-free remote workspace
• High school diploma or GED

Requirements

• Experience conducting interviews or gathering information over the phone (preferred)
• Insurance, underwriting support, healthcare, medical, or financial services experience (preferred)
• Experience working in a productivity-driven environment (preferred)
• Prior remote work experience (preferred)
• Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera
• Comfortable in a diverse, inclusive, team-focused culture
• Complete pre-employment steps: Internet speed test, background screening, employment verification, and drug screening

• Compensation & Contraction Completion Bonus
• Pay is dependent on state:
  • AZ: $17.50/hour
  • FL: $16.50/hour
  • NY: $17.50/hour
  • TX: $16.00/hour
• Paid training provided
• Contract runs 10/5/2026-1/31/2027
