Role Description

As a Technical Customer Service representative at Adepto Technical Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions, and delivering exceptional support throughout the customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely technical assistance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a range of technical issues related to our products.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on product performance.
• Provide clear explanations and guidance on product features and usage.
• Train and support customers on product usage and best practices.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a technical customer service or support role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Comfortable with using CRM software and other technical tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
