Role Description

Transcom is looking for a Customer Experience Representative who loves helping others and deeply cares about providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will:

• Process customer experience cases via different applications.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way.
• Utilize a variety of modern communication channels.

• Great Swedish and English skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Swedish and English language skills are required for cooperation agreements with clients.
• English skills are required for working with colleagues abroad and related companies, internal documents, systems, and programs.
