• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and support tickets
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication to users
• Document support interactions and follow internal processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues and improve user experience

• Basic technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues
