Role Description

As a Student Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a direct role in helping prospective students take the next step toward postgraduate study. You will support and develop relationships with assigned university partners while helping to achieve enrolment targets, serving as a trusted guide from initial inquiry through to enrolment. By providing timely, accurate, and supportive communication, you will help students make informed decisions while driving strong conversion outcomes.

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from initial inquiry through to enrolment.
• Support and develop relationships with assigned university partners while helping to achieve enrolment targets.
• Provide accurate, comprehensive information about programmes, admissions requirements, and the enrolment process.
• Conduct proactive student outreach by phone and email to nurture leads, encourage progression, and support conversion to enrolment.
• Monitor applicant pipelines and take ownership of routine follow-up activity.
• Work independently within established processes while recommending practical solutions to routine challenges.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate student records and uphold high standards of data integrity and administrative quality.
• Represent the organisation professionally in every student interaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, student support, admissions, sales, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A detail-oriented and organised approach.
• Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.

Requirements

• This is a remote position that requires candidates to currently reside in the United Kingdom.
