Role Description

This is a remote position.

As a Student Operations Executive, you will:

• Resolve student and parent queries accurately and warmly.
• Handle billing, service, and student experience inquiries.
• Ensure Resolution Integrity: accurate, complete, fast, and warm responses.
• Work across multiple platforms: Missive for email, Podium for text, and Suptask ticket queue.
• Clear your queue to zero every day.
• Flag deeper issues early and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain high standards and track your performance weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support, billing, operations, or customer-facing role handling real volume.
• Strong written English: clear, warm, and correct.
• Accuracy by instinct, especially with money and enrolment.
• Speed with care: ability to move fast without getting sloppy.
• Comfort with numbers and systems.
• Ownership by default: proactive in clearing your queue and raising blockers.
• Cross-timezone comfort: ability to work India hours with overlap into Australian time.

Requirements

• Give every family a fast first response within fifteen minutes.
• Resolve queries fully, including refunds, credits, payment plans, and enrolment queries.
• Reply with warmth and acknowledge concerns first.
• Keep records clean and updated across multiple systems.
• Own the follow-through on escalations and recurring issues.
