Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sprinklr Support Engineer to help our enterprise clients maximize the value of their Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) platforms. You will act as the first line of technical defense, diagnosing platform issues, configuring modules, and ensuring seamless operation of Sprinklr environments. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or certified fresh graduates to build deep technical expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client issues related to the Sprinklr platform.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve configuration, integration, and user-access issues within Sprinklr.
• Assist in the configuration of social listening dashboards, reporting widgets, and engagement workflows.
• Escalate complex technical defects to senior delivery teams or Sprinklr vendor support while maintaining clear communication with the client.
• Document recurring issues, create knowledge-base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
• Conduct regular system health checks and monitor API integration performance.

Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of experience in IT support, SaaS administration, or technical customer service.
• Fresh graduates must possess valid Sprinklr certifications (e.g., Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Service, or Core Platform).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing workflows, or customer service ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of API integrations and web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first communication style.
