As an iRobot Support Specialist, you will assist customers with inquiries related to their smart home devices, provide troubleshooting support, and help resolve technical and account-related issues via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple software applications.
• Interest in consumer electronics, smart home devices, and technology.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, consumer electronics, or call centers is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
