[Hiring] Sister Study Interviewer @DLH

Role Description

Sister Study Interviewers play a key role in supporting an important health research study by conducting telephone interviews with participants and accurately collecting survey data. In this position, you will:

• Follow established interview protocols.
• Document participant interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure high-quality data collection.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with participants over the phone in a friendly and neutral manner. Strong communication skills are essential, and previous call center, customer service, survey research, or health research experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply, as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse participant populations is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good telephone skills are necessary.
• Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, including the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in both languages.
• Must be able to present materials in a neutral and friendly manner.
• Must have a professional and positive attitude.
• Previous telephone survey and/or call center experience (phone customer service work) preferred.

Requirements

• High-speed internet: 25 Mbps or higher (please confirm with internet provider).
• Must provide their own Windows 11 computer - No Chromebooks - can be a laptop or desktop, with at least 256GB storage.
• Headphones for participant privacy.
• Additional monitor highly recommended.
• Weekly payroll invoices.
