Role Description

Looking for an opportunity to launch your career in IT? As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need technical help. You’ll troubleshoot everyday technology issues, solve problems, and gain hands-on experience with widely used technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, professional technical support by phone, ticket, and remote session
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, network, and account-access issues
• Support technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and macOS
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly and accurately
• Keep customers informed throughout the support process
• Partner with senior technicians and engineers when issues require additional expertise
• Learn new technologies while building valuable real-world IT experience

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A natural ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• An interest in technology and a willingness to learn

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field
• Associate degree plus 1 year of relevant experience
• 2 years of professional service desk or technical support experience
• CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications are a plus
• CompTIA A+ must be obtained within six months of employment
