Role Description

The Department of Economic Security, Child and Community Services Division (CCSD) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst. This role is responsible for performing help desk activities for web-based and mainframe applications utilized by divisional staff, employers, and the general public. The duties will include:

• Troubleshooting, researching, analyzing, and diagnosing issues reported to the Help Desk and Ticketing System.
• Identifying and implementing solutions for users.
• Reporting potential issues that could disrupt service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus three or more years of information technology experience (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to analyze complex issues and arrive at logical conclusions.
