[Hiring] Service Coordinator @Daikin Europe NV

Role Description

As part of Daikin’s expanding Transport Refrigeration business across the DACE region, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Coordinator. Covering 16 countries across Central and Eastern Europe, DACE plays a key role in driving business growth and service excellence. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our partners and customers to deliver outstanding support across the region.

• Develop and manage the service partner network across the CEE region;
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to service partners and customers;
• Coordinate warranty cases and support spare parts availability and distribution;
• Organize and deliver technical and product training for dealers and partners;
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback for quality and product improvements;
• Contribute to business development initiatives and continuous process optimization;
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe and share best practices and technical expertise;

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in refrigeration, industrial engineering or a related field;
• Several years of experience in transport refrigeration;
• Eager to continuously expand expertise and develop into a local specialist for regulatory topics such as ATP and GDP;
• Fluent in English and at least one of the key CEE languages (Romanian, Hungarian, Czech or Slovak);
• Confident using modern IT tools and reporting systems;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
