Role Description

Today, CTK supports and manages time and attendance matters for thousands of Amazon Associates. The efforts of this team support the business by ensuring associate’s time and attendance matters are handled with speed, precision and with customer obsession always in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree
• Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience in finance role where you owned financial reporting for a business area
• Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results
• Experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, MyTime (Kronos) and PowerPoint
• Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or processes
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce) and other systems
• 6+ months of human resources experience
