[Hiring] Senior Private Lifestyle Manager @Somewhere

Role Description

Members are supported around the clock, and as our international community grows, we are expanding our pods to maintain seamless coverage across languages and time zones. This role exists to own that experience for a portfolio of French-speaking and international members.

This is not a ticket-taking or queue-clearing position. As a Private Lifestyle Manager, you take full ownership of your members' requests from first enquiry to final delivery, exercising real judgment, making decisions independently, and anticipating needs before they are voiced. You will handle everything from private aviation and luxury travel to fine dining, exclusive events, and bespoke lifestyle requests, often several high-priority cases at once, without letting standards drop.

You will work closely with your Pod Lead and fellow Lifestyle Managers, drawing on global supplier relationships and strong research skills to deliver outcomes that feel effortless to the member and reflect complete discretion and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Member Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UHNW members across chat, phone, email, and app.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships by learning member preferences, anticipating needs, and personalizing every interaction.
  • Conduct proactive member reviews to identify opportunities to add value and deepen engagement.
• End-to-End Request Execution
  • Own each request from initial enquiry through to successful delivery, coordinating luxury travel, private aviation, ground transportation, fine dining, exclusive events, and bespoke lifestyle services.
  • Make confident, independent decisions under demanding timelines, weighing options and mitigating risk without waiting to be told how to proceed.
  • Manage multiple concurrent high-priority cases while keeping every detail accurate and on track.
• Supplier & Partner Coordination
  • Leverage and maintain relationships with a global network of premium suppliers and partners to source the best available options.
  • Negotiate, confirm, and verify bookings with precision across dates, names, routing, and policies.
• Retention & Service Recovery
  • Recognize early signs of member disengagement and take ownership of resolving concerns.
  • Use judgment and emotional intelligence to rebuild trust, recover service issues, and support renewal.
• Discretion, Quality & Data Integrity
  • Handle sensitive member information with complete confidentiality and sound professional judgment.
  • Accurately record all requests, preferences, and feedback in the internal lifestyle platform so any team member can pick up a case seamlessly.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Support pod colleagues during high-volume periods and contribute to a genuinely team-first environment.
  • Share feedback that improves internal tools, workflows, and the overall member experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent, native-level French (written and verbal) plus strong professional English.
• 3+ years in luxury hospitality, premium travel, private concierge, or lifestyle management, with direct experience serving HNW/UHNW or VIP clients.
• A demonstrated track record of owning complex, high-value requests independently from start to finish.
• Exceptional written communication with cultural awareness, tact, and discretion.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to eliminate errors in booking data.
• Composure and speed in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-standard environment.
• Comfort with digital workflow and messaging tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A reliable remote work setup and willingness to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional language proficiency beyond French and English.
• Hands-on experience booking private aviation or luxury travel (including GDS or comparable systems).
• Familiarity with UHNW discretion and confidentiality protocols.
• Established relationships within global luxury supplier or partner networks.
