[Hiring] Senior Host Operations Associate II @Poshmark

Role Description

We’re looking for a Host Operations Specialist to help our hosts run their day-to-day businesses smoothly and support the growth of Posh Live.

• Own day-to-day host support and coordinate technical issues from initial report through resolution.
• Work closely with the Account Manager, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to troubleshoot problems, keep hosts informed, and identify opportunities to improve the host experience.
• Help build the processes and resources that allow us to support more hosts effectively as Posh Live grows.

What you’ll do

• Support hosts with everyday questions and issues.
• Help hosts navigate product features, show operations, and order-related questions.
• Resolve issues directly where possible and coordinate with the appropriate teams when additional support is needed.
• Own bug tracking and follow-up.
• Gather details, reproduce issues where possible, and document clear bug reports, including the impact on hosts’ businesses.
• Track progress with Product and Engineering and follow through until issues are resolved or a clear next step is established.
• Keep hosts informed by providing timely updates, explaining available workarounds, and closing the loop when an issue is resolved.
• Identify recurring problems by looking for patterns across host feedback and support requests, and bring actionable recommendations to the team.
• Improve how we support hosts by maintaining troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and escalation processes to make support faster and more consistent.
• Partner with the Account Manager to coordinate on host needs and escalations, bringing in account context when needed and ensuring clear ownership of next steps.
• Contribute to business improvements by working closely with the Posh Live team to identify operational friction that affects hosts’ ability to run shows, fulfill orders, and grow their businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, account operations, marketplace operations, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort troubleshooting product and operational issues.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple open issues.
• Clear, empathetic communication with hosts and internal partners.
• Good judgment about urgency, business impact, and when to escalate.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to adapt as the business evolves.
• Familiarity with Poshmark; experience supporting or using Posh Shows is a plus.

• Hosts receive timely, clear, and helpful support.
• Issues are documented accurately, with clear ownership and consistent follow-up.
• Hosts and internal teams have visibility into open issues and next steps.
• Recurring problems lead to actionable recommendations and improvements.
