Qualifications

• 5 years experience in customer service.
• Experience in eCommerce businesses (preferred).
• Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace (Google docs, Google sheets, and Google slides).
• Excellent Level of English.
• Strong internet connection and backup connection.

Requirements

• Providing top tier customer service via chat and CRM (without AI reliance).
• Answering all customer requests within response time and service level KPI's.
• Responding instantly to Live Chat customer service requests during AU business hours.
• Updating Shopify orders and managing returns/warranty claims.
• Provide general marketing and administration support.
• Inventory and purchase order support.
