[Hiring] Seasonal Customer Relations Coordinator @Five Below

Role Description

Seasonal Coordinator in the Customer Relations department, reporting to the Customer Relations Management Team.

• Engage with customers via phone (inbound/outbound) and email.
• Assist with issues related to online and in-store purchases.
• Use problem-solving skills, available tools, and sound judgment to resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments on service or product-related challenges.
• Document all interactions accurately within the Zendesk ticketing system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with the Management Team.
• Participate in weekly High Five Team meetings.
• Support other tasks and projects as assigned.

• Sound decision-making, including knowing when to escalate or seek support.
• Strong follow-up skills and commitment to seeing issues through to resolution.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and overtime as needed.
• Prior experience in customer support or an inbound call center environment is a plus!
• Successfully complete our training program.
• New Hire Training will be Monday through Friday, 9AM – 6PM EST.
• Final schedules will be determined post-training.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues.
• Ability to learn & navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Experience with Zendesk, OMS, or WMOS is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
