Role Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU-CRM / Customer Service Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service and CRM operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting incidents, and providing effective solutions to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily SAP IS-U CRM/Customer Service operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide workarounds while root-cause analysis is in progress.
• Monitor and support SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
• Support SAP IS-U Customer Service/CRM integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
• Handle incidents and support timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service/CRM experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U CS/CRM operations.
• Experience with production support and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
• Familiarity with SAP IS-U integrations.
• Understanding of incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
