Role Description

NetDocuments is seeking a highly skilled Renewal Specialist for our growing Customer Success Renewals Department. As a Renewal Specialist at NetDocuments, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our subscription-based products and services. Reporting to the Renewals Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Protect NetDocuments’ recurring revenue stream
• Help grow our customers’ annual revenue
• Deliver a world-class customer service experience that drives loyalty and satisfaction

The preferred daily working hours for this position are as follows:

• 8:00 am MT - 5:00 pm MT

Your contributions will include:

• Taking ownership of a B2B Renewal portfolio focusing on maximizing Subscription/SaaS recurring revenues
• Comfortability with the high-level pressure of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal quotas
• Accurately forecasting your renewal portfolio to your manager and other stakeholders
• Working within Salesforce.com and other systems to manage renewals and generate leads
• Establishing cyclical renewal relationships with customers
• Educating customers on NetDocuments products and renewal-related topics
• Partnering closely with other departments to achieve mutually desired outcomes

Qualifications

• High level of attention to detail, especially with numbers and B2B customer SaaS software contracts
• Advanced multi-tasking and problem-solving skills in a complex environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously while being an engaged team member
• Ability to coordinate and provide direction with various internal departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
• At least 8 years of prior experience in SaaS Renewals, Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, or Customer Service
• At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
• Strong numeracy skills and understanding of Finance, including familiarity with MS Excel

Compensation Transparency

The annual compensation range for this position is: $70,000 - $80,000 +20% variable. The posted cash compensation includes on-target earnings, base salary, and variable pay if applicable. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate.
