Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Remote Representatives. You'll work virtually with veterans, labor union members, credit union members, associations, and working families, helping clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. This position combines customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative sales in a fully remote environment.

As a Remote Insurance Representative, you'll work directly with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand their options and make informed coverage decisions.

What You'll Do

• Client Service & Consultations
  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
  • Identify individual and family benefit needs
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
  • Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and policy features
  • Provide needs-based coverage recommendations
  • Guide clients through applications and enrollment
  • Assist with required documentation
• Ongoing Client Support
  • Build long-term relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
  • Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
  • Assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests
  • Provide ongoing support after enrollment
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication
  • Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
