Role Description

Your responsibilities will depend on the program you select and may include:

• Receiving inbound customer calls
• Answering questions and resolving concerns
• Assisting with accounts, reservations, or transactions
• Coordinating roadside or service requests
• Entering accurate notes into client systems
• Moving between multiple computer applications
• Providing calm, professional, and solution-focused support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and typing proficiency
• Ability to navigate multiple applications

• Ability to work independently
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet
• A compatible Windows 11 computer and additional equipment may be required before servicing, depending on the selected program.
