Role Description

As a Remote Member Support Advisor, you'll connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs. Through virtual consultations, you'll answer questions, provide guidance, and help clients understand their options while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone appointments
• Guide individuals and families through available benefit programs
• Answer questions and explain available options clearly and professionally
• Support new members throughout the onboarding process
• Build lasting client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage appointment scheduling
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Self-motivation and accountability
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Coachable mindset with a desire for continuous improvement
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using Zoom and web-based technology
• Customer service, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, recruiting, or sales experience is helpful—but not required
