AO Globe Life is expanding our virtual team and seeking motivated professionals interested in becoming Remote Benefits Representatives. You’ll work from home while meeting virtually with individuals and families interested in learning about available insurance benefits. You’ll:

• Answer questions
• Identify client needs
• Explain coverage options
• Assist with enrollment once appropriately licensed
• Provide continued customer service

This position combines Customer Service + Benefits Education + Relationship Building + Consultative Insurance Sales. This is not a traditional hourly customer-service position. Representatives work as 1099 independent contractors and are compensated through commissions and performance-based earnings.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
