Your primary responsibility will be to:

• Make outbound calls
• Confirm candidate interest
• Schedule interviews
• Follow up with applicants
• Keep our interview calendar moving efficiently

• Able to manage multiple appointments and conversations

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have a quiet workspace suitable for professional phone calls
• Have a reliable phone/headset setup
• Be comfortable using online calendars and web-based applications
• Be comfortable communicating by phone, email, and text
• Be willing to learn recruiting and scheduling technology
