Role Description

• Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data
• Be a productive member of the team/ answer inbound calls where necessary
• Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules and related legal regulations
• Time management, attendance and punctuality
• Ability to travel throughout the state of DE

Qualifications

• Experience working in a metric driven environment
• Experience working independently
• Experience working in the Healthcare industry Medicaid specifically
• Experience meeting service level agreements and contractual obligations
• Ability to handle face to face interactions

Requirements

This is a fully remote position that requires a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free work environment. Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential. The role requires the ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely.

• Remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
