Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Professional Services Intern to support our Professional Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a client-facing environment while developing project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As a Professional Services Intern, you will assist the team with day-to-day customer onboarding activities, project coordination, data management, documentation, and customer communication. You will work closely with experienced consultants, project managers, and customer success teams to help deliver a positive customer experience.

This role is ideal for candidates who have strong interpersonal skills, are eager to learn, and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Customer Support & Coordination
  • Support the Professional Services team during customer onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, take notes, and track action items.
  • Assist with customer communication and follow-ups.
  • Help ensure customer requests are documented and routed to the appropriate teams.
• Documentation & Data Management
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports.
  • Assist with data validation, record reviews, and quality checks.
  • Organize customer information and maintain accurate project records.
  • Support the creation of training materials, guides, and process documentation.
• Project Support
  • Assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
  • Help coordinate activities between customers and internal teams.
  • Track tasks and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or delays to the team lead.
• Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Professional Services, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Support internal initiatives and special projects as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Previous internship, project work, customer service, or coordination experience is a plus.
• Interest in aviation, technology, SaaS products, or digital solutions is advantageous but not required.
