Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2-4 years of related experience required.
• Experience with Workday or ServiceNow preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish written/oral is REQUIRED for this role.

Requirements

• Uses case and knowledge management tools, telephony, chat, online cases, and email platforms to respond to People Practices inquiries and complete basic transactions.
• Initiates and documents transactions in compliance with procedures and data privacy standards.
• Provides professional and inclusive customer service and escalates complex issues according to established protocols.
• Maintains current knowledge of People Practices policies and programs.
• Adheres to case documentation and audit requirements.
• Triages inquiries for appropriate handling and ensures follow-up to resolution.
• Utilizes Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems to support transactions and troubleshoot basic issues.
• This person can sit within any DPR regional location.
• This is a remote role.
• LATE SHIFT: This role requires supporting late-shift coverage through 7:00 PM PST.
