[Hiring] Patient Coordinator @Helm

Role Description

We're looking for a Patient Scheduler to join our growing team at HELM! You'll be working with our client in the Dental industry in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will support a dental practice by handling patient communication, administrative coordination, and system-based tasks using Dentrix. You will assist with scheduling, patient follow-ups, and general front-office support.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Handle inbound and outbound patient communication professionally and clearly.
• Support scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Work within Dentrix to manage patient records and administrative updates.
• Assist with patient follow-ups and confirmations.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation within the system.
• Support general administrative workflows for the dental office.
• Conduct outbound cold calls.
• Assist with insurance verification processes.

Qualifications

• Prior dental office experience (required).
• Experience using Dentrix (required).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Clear, neutral spoken English with no noticeable accent.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable handling patient conversations professionally.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable home office setup with strong internet connection.

Requirements

• Part-time position with the opportunity to grow based on performance.
• Weekly Hours: 20 hrs weekly.
• Schedule: Within 8 AM – 5 PM EST.
• Pay Range: $400 – $650 per month, depending on experience.
• Equipment: BYO devices.
