The Patient Appointment Information Associate is responsible for providing accurate appointment information to patients in a remote setting. Key responsibilities include:

• Recording appointment requests, cancellations, or rescheduling requests as per clinic processes.
• Explaining approved virtual joining instructions and sharing general preparation materials.
• Referring clinical questions to qualified staff and flagging any technical issues.
• Maintaining private correspondence in authorized systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or customer service is welcome.
• Newcomers will receive training on the scheduling system, privacy, and safe communication boundaries.
• Strong written communication skills are essential.
