Role Description

Are you a natural communicator who loves helping people? We are seeking detail-oriented, empathetic Call Center Representatives to join our dedicated remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for incoming callers, serving as a critical bridge between our clients and their customers. Working in a dynamic, high-volume environment, you will use state-of-the-art call processing software to accurately record details, route calls, and ensure every caller feels heard, valued, and well assisted.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Handling: Field a high-volume of incoming calls while consistently maintaining a warm, positive, empathetic, and supportive tone.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver excellent service and maintain a professional, reassuring demeanor throughout every call.
• Accurate Information Gathering: Collect complete and precise message details, ensuring essential information is promptly and accurately relayed to our clients.
• Call Handling and Navigation: Efficiently navigate our advanced call-processing systems and software tools to manage incoming calls and prioritize customer needs.
• Performance Excellence: Adhere to company quality standards, response time metrics, and schedule guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including strong grammar and spelling.
• A warm, pleasant, and upbeat speaking voice.
• Basic computer literacy in a Windows-based environment.
• Strong typing skills (Minimum of 35WPM).
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and time-management skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, though not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a strongly preferred asset.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Requirements

• Stationary remote position; must work directly from the primary residential address provided.
• Currently hiring in select states; not employing candidates in AK, CA, CO, DC, HI, IL, KY, ME, MT, ND, NY, OR, PR, UT, VT, WV, and WY.
• Desktop PC or Laptop running Windows 11 or higher; Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible.
• Screen resolution of at least 1600 x 900; dual monitor setup is highly recommended.
• Minimum of 1 GB available storage space on your Desktop PC or Laptop.
• High-speed internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps Download/10 Mbps Upload; must pass a speed test.
• Primary connection must be direct Ethernet; Wi-Fi, cellular hotspots, DSL, satellite, or dial-up connections are strictly prohibited.
• Wired USB headset equipped with a microphone; Bluetooth or wireless headsets are not permitted.
• Distraction-free environment while on calls.
