[Hiring] Outbound Engagement Specialist @24x7 Direct

Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Outbound Engagement Specialist to help members get the most value from the platform. This is not a sales role. The focus is on contacting members, helping them stay active, following up on their deals, answering questions, and making sure they have the support they need to use the platform successfully. You will spend most of your day communicating directly with members through phone, email, and in-app messaging. You will also record member feedback and insights to help improve the overall member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to members who have not logged in recently and help them get active again.
• Contact newly registered members who have not yet started using the platform.
• Follow up with members who have active deals and check their progress.
• Proactively ask members if they need help or support.
• Respond to customer support questions and resolve issues where possible.
• Follow up on open conversations and make sure agreed actions are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records after every member interaction.
• Record key details, feedback, issues, and next steps from member conversations.
• Capture member feedback and share useful insights with the Community and Product teams.
• Help identify common issues or barriers that prevent members from using the platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound phone calls.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with different types of customers.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Customer service, customer support, community support, account management, or similar experience is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems or customer management tools is a plus.
• Comfortable learning new platforms and software.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage a daily call list and follow-up tasks independently.
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and develop within the role.

Requirements

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible).
• Use of time tracking software during work hours.
• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON.
• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift.
• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task.

Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000.
• Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month.
• You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines' public holidays.
• Probation: 6 months and after Probation - 10 days annual leave credits, 5 days of sick leave.
• HMO offered after 6-months probation.
• Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days.

• Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
• SHIFT TIMES: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
