Role Description

The Outbound Contacts Representative 2 represents the company by making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues. The role involves:

• Performing varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments.
• Conducting necessary follow-up with members and/or providers.
• Ensuring timely responses to inquiries to achieve service and quality standards.
• Making decisions that focus on interpretation of area/department policy.
• Working within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards.
• Following standard policies/practices with some opportunity for interpretation/deviation.

Qualifications

• MUST reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Ohio, Florida, Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, New Mexico, or Tennessee.
• Experience with CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator onboarding or other specialized CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator team.
• 6+ months’ customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.

Requirements

• Required Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in healthcare.
• Call center experience.

• Pay Range: $39,000 - $49,400 per year, based on geographic location and individual qualifications.
