Role Description

As a Remote Online Chat Representative, you will be an essential point of contact for our customers seeking information, assistance, and support. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our patrons.

• Engage with customers through online chat to assist with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
