Role Description

This role will suit someone with experience working in a similar role such as:

• Dynamics 365 Support Consultant
• D365 Technical Consultant
• Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
• Dynamics CRM Consultant
• Dynamics 365 Consultant

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as a technical escalation point for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues
• Take support calls, manage cases and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex D365, Power Platform and integration issues
• Provide remote consultancy and technical support to clients
• Investigate issues across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows
• Maintain accurate case notes, time records and work diaries
• Represent the company professionally and deliver an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

• Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience, ideally in a support or technical role
• Strong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience troubleshooting integrations
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows

• Experience with charity fundraising systems is also valuable.
