Role Description

As a Member Resolution Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting our members when they need us most. Your responsibilities include:

• Resolving complex claims and investigating vehicle damage.
• Guiding members through challenging situations.
• Delivering thoughtful solutions and exceptional service.

This is a fully remote position scheduled Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Team members must be able to accommodate changing scheduling requirements as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• A diploma in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience in claims, customer service, operations, administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with automobile insurance claims is considered an asset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Confidence handling difficult conversations and resolving conflicts professionally.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Take ownership of member claims from start to finish.
• Investigate vehicle damage and incidents.
• Partner with ICBC, Fleet, and Member Services teams.
• Communicate with members throughout the claims process.
• Manage escalated member concerns.
• Review accident and damage reports.
• Coordinate damage fee recoveries and claim-related follow-up activities.
• Support key operational processes including billing and member registrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall member experience.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that support the continued growth and success of Evo.

• Salary range: $58,586.88 to $73,233.60.
