We’re growing our remote interviewing team and are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and motivated individuals to help deliver important market research projects for some well-known organisations across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct engaging telephone interviews from the comfort of your home
• Speak with members of the public and business professionals
• Gather opinions and insights for important research projects
• Record responses accurately using online survey systems
• Work towards achievable targets and quality standards
• Build rapport and keep conversations flowing naturally

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, and professional communicators
• Comfortable speaking to people over the phone
• Good listeners with a positive attitude
• Reliable and organised
• Comfortable using computers and online systems
• Able to work independently from home
• Motivated to learn and improve

Experience That We Love

• Telephone interviewing experience
• B2B (Business-to-Business) market research experience
• Experience working in a professional or corporate environment
• Customer service, call handling, or contact centre experience

  • Windows 10 or newer

• Professional approach and ability to maintain confidentiality
