Role Description

To deliver outstanding customer service by owning and resolving customer enquiries across calls, live chat and email for our Vodafone Business customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.

• Own the customer relationship, handling and resolving calls, live chats and/or emails in an efficient and timely manner for primarily our Vodafone Business Marketplace suite of products.
• Liaising with other departments within Vodafone Business Operations / Core Services to resolve queries.
• Performing 1st Line Diagnostics and liaising with Vodafone and the rest of the group to resolve technical and international network related queries.
• Effectively advocate and guide the customer to self-serve opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work as part of a wider team
• Preferred experience within customer service / 1st line diagnostics
• Digital first mindset
• Experience with business customers preferred but not essential
