Role Description

The Leasing Support Manager will provide superior customer service to prospective residents of CONAM communities. This position will support multiple properties within a geographic region to facilitate leasing operations and is designed to work with the onsite property leasing team to convert prospects into tours. The Leasing Support Manager will perform all responsibilities within compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity laws.

Full-Time | Hourly at $26.00 - 27.50 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday.

This role is a REMOTE position. For candidates to be considered, they must be located in one of these states, no exceptions: CA, AZ, CO, NV, TX, FL, GA, WA, OR.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Understand the housing needs of guests by establishing a hospitable and productive dialogue.
  • Communicate commitment to helping guests resolve their housing problems.
  • Extend hospitality to guests via telephone, email, and text services.
  • Introduce guests to the community’s features and benefits.
  • Explain the community’s criteria for approving rental applications.
  • Inquire about guests’ needs regarding apartment requirements.
  • Support prospects by scheduling appointments to tour and provide necessary materials.
  • Contact all guests who have visited the community for continued leasing assistance.
  • Conduct all interactions at the highest level of professionalism.
• Marketing
  • Engage prospects using phone, email, and texting services (SMS).
  • Accurately record all prospect/guest contacts and interactions.
  • Understand all marketing messages sent to prospects/guests.
  • Be familiar with the inventory of apartments available for rent.
  • Provide prospects with professional marketing collateral.
  • Work with property teams to schedule tours and follow up on experiences.
  • Promote other CONAM properties when necessary.
  • Comply with CONAM’s professional appearance standards and dress code.
• Administrative
  • Document all interactions with prospects and the property leasing team.
  • Comply with all Fair Housing Regulations and CONAM best practices.
  • Understand availability at each property supported.
  • Track the role’s success in converting prospects into tours.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2+ years of combined equivalent experience in property management, sales, and/or customer relations.
• Previous experience leasing at multiple properties and markets preferred.
• Driven, polished professional with superior follow-through and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of commercial/residential property operations, Yardi, SharePoint, and DocuSign is a plus.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently and effectively.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
