• Provide expert, high-touch support to customers regarding Fitbit wearable devices and fitness tracking software.
• Guide users through the setup of health metrics, activity tracking, and personalized wellness goal-setting.
• Troubleshoot technical connectivity issues between hardware devices and the Fitbit ecosystem in Italian.
• Educate clients on how to maximize their fitness data for improved health outcomes and wellness management.
• Maintain a high standard of service that reflects the premium quality of the Fitness & Wellness industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance based on user interactions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of proactive fitness monitoring.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and a passion for wearable technology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for a diverse customer base.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in English to ensure seamless internal communication within our international office.
